Hello!
We are excited to share a project we've been developing at Singular Beacon, which might interest you or someone you know. We've named it Beacon’s Hub, positioning it as an incubator for projects and professionals focused on Digitalization, Machine Learning (ML), and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Currently, we're sharing the project with a close circle of Family, Friends, and Fools (FFF) to validate the value proposition and explore initial synergies.
Beacon’s Hub was created to address needs we experienced in our early stages. Its mission is to assist professionals and startups in their initial phases to explore synergies and collaborations, refine business plans, and secure funding while exchanging experiences with like-minded professionals. All this in a versatile space that allows the community to develop additional revenue streams such as producing audiovisual content (courses and podcasts) and specialized training. This is important as a complementary income source for our members to help sustain the business in its early stages.
Our differentiation arises from focusing on highly qualified digital projects and a close-knit environment where profit doesn't come from services to members but from the value generated through community-driven synergies.
In the initial stages, we've proposed different memberships to help finance investments. Simultaneously, we're initiating conversations with public and private entities that could become patrons of the project, contributing to reducing costs for members and enhancing the range of services we offer.
We're negotiating to launch the project at Avenida Ciudad de Barcelona 132, Madrid. If realized, we would start activities on January 15, 2025.

What Do We Offer?
A flexible work hub in a representative and iconic space in the heart of Madrid, easily accessible (Atocha, metro lines 1 and 6), featuring common areas such as an office kitchen, meeting room, training space, and a podcast studio. In summary, a versatile, flexible, and professional space where you can set up your workstation and host meetings with your team and clients.
This is complemented by:
- Synergies with our development team and the opportunity to collaborate on projects from our consulting firm while you develop your own idea.
- The chance to join our training offerings as a teacher or specialist.
- An expanded network of contacts within the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Specifically, we offer 18 flexible workstations available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., housed in a bright, historical, and iconic building in central Madrid (Avenida Ciudad de Barcelona 132).

Services and Initial Pricing
We are defining various membership types. While we’re in the early stages and the business plan might pivot, here’s an initial pricing framework:
Memberships
- FULL: Unlimited access. Come as often as you need, spend the day with like-minded individuals, and explore synergies for your business. [€200/month]
- HYBRID: Designed for those who need flexibility, combining on-site days with remote work. [€100–150/month]
- FLEX: Be part of the community with access to events, synergies, and hub services at a 50% discount. [€50/month]
Complementary Services
Members in any category will receive a 50% discount on the following rates:
- Flexible workstation by the day: Drop by the office whenever you need. [€35/day]
- Podcast recording: Two setups available—sofa or table. [€200/hour]
- Training space: Available from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on weekdays and weekends, with a capacity for 25 people. [€150/hour]
- Meeting room: For 6–8 people. [€30/hour]
All prices are excluding VAT. Unless otherwise specified, prices are per user/month.
The hub
We are currently in negotiations to explore the possibility of launching the project in an iconic space located at Avenida Ciudad de Bacelona 1322. If confirmed, this will be the site of our hub.
